Job Description
This position will be responsible to act as the main technical liaison between BLUECRUNCH and customers:
- The candidate must ensure that the technical requirements of our major customers are being satisfied by our development team in the time frame required.
- It is critical that our key customers maintain confidence in our ability to deliver quality, reliable software in the time frame which meets their demands.
- As a Software Development Manager you will be responsible for the delivery and day to day operation and day to day management to the full development team
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software development industry
- BS in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer Engineering or Software Engineering preferred).
- Familiarity with various software programming techniques and software development tools is a must.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should have a demonstrated history of managing professional personnel.
- Experience leading a technical team.
- Experience in Agile development methodology.
- Experience in Azure / AWS.
- Knowledge of Micro Services architecture.
- Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases
- Experience with performance tuning, scalability and availability.
