Job Description
- Prepare comparison analysis study between bidders for tender
- Review and modify design documents, tender documents and contracting
- Coordinate between MEP consultant work and other parties
- Determine labor requirements and dispatch team to sites.
- Monitor MEP team performance and keep them motivated
- Follow up MEP work progress on sites
- Provide technical advice, diagnose and solve problems
- Finish projects MEP works with high quality, reasonable cost and on time
- Handing over the project to the operation company (As-built drawings, catalogs & warranty documents)
- Follow up response of contractors and suppliers during the warranty period
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 15+ Years of Experience
- Hotels (construction, starting operations and maintenance) experience is preferred
- Leadership
- Strategic thinking
- Well organized
- Managerial skills
- National/ international codes awareness
- Familiar with latest technology
- Can work under stress
