Job Description
- Managing the recruitment cycle and talents acquisition.
- Managing employee and labor relations functions through measuring job satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Acting as liaison between employee and management to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies, practices and regulations.
- Implementing the company’s policies that promote a healthy work environment.
- Handling the employee's compensation and benefits, preparing the payroll, handling the health insurance.
- Being involved in employees' assessments through KPIs and appraisal structures.
- Assuring compliance to Labor Laws, Social Insurance and all other related regulations.
- Helping in designing and executing HR policies and procedures.
- Preparing HR reports and presenting them to the top management.
Job Requirements
- HR Diploma is preferred.
- Proven experience in HR is a MUST.
- Excellent English (reading/writing) is a MUST.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding leadership skills with strong ability to work in a team.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
