Job Description

  • Develops and implements strategic marketing plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
  • Develops and manages marketing operating budgets.
  • Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
  • Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities.
  • Formulate, organize and develop marketing activities by identifying the property trend and new market opportunities.
  • Update and manage social media profiles.
  • Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets.
  • Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy, and product packaging and formulation to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
  • Recommends changes in basic structure and organization of marketing group to ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives assigned to it and provide the flexibility to move swiftly in relation to marketing problems and opportunities.
  • Conducts marketing surveys on current and new project concepts.
    Prepares marketing activity reports.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Analyzing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Web Trends...etc.
  • Developing and optimizing Ad Words, Advertising, Facebook campaigns
  • Best practices in online marketing trends and measurement.
  • Publish advertising according to consumers’ behaviors.
  • Maximizing company market share.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations OR information system.
  • Experience: 8-10 years experience.
  • Personal characteristics: Multi tasked-Creative-works under stress.
  • Certificates:” Digital Marketing certificate “is a plus.
