Sales Representative

Sales:

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities (90% identifying new clients, 10% contacting existing clients for additional services).
• Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings.
• Identify prospective clients, decide who to contact, arrange introductory meetings.
• Create and develop sales strategies to enhance business growth.
• Cold calling to seek new sales opportunities, finding out what customers’ needs are.
• Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client.
• Arranging meetings to sell services using solid arguments to prospective clients.
• Ability to handle objections and closing the sale.
• Arranging job fairs for recruiting services.
• Increase sales across all departments (serviced offices, accounting, payroll and recruiting).
• Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the market.
• Contact existing clients periodically to ensure they're satisfied with the provided services, and find out if additional services can be presented.
• Analyse, evaluate and assess sales territories for our services.
• Recommend improvements and changes as appropriate to company sales policies.
• Support sales executive in achieving sales outcomes.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Internal reporting:

• Keep Sales Executive & MD informed of monthly plans of targets, sales meetings and feedback from potential clients.
• Report on sales quotas.
• Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Report on feedback from existing clients.
