Job Description

  • Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention.
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees.
  • Assist management in conflict resolution.
  • Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company
  • On board new employees and manage immigration documents, taxes and benefits packages.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to on board new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Previous experience in organization development and recruitment is a must
