Job Description
- Identify new business opportunities - including new local & international markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products and services.
- Create & design required strategies & plans to guideline the team to generate new leads and cold call / message prospective customers.
- Arrange meetings meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes.
- Design & draw up client contracts - depending on the size of company, pricing list and company profit margin, taking into consideration customer needs and potential account growth, ensuring adherence to law-established rules and company guidelines.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' services and be able to advise clients about wide range of services packages.
- Ensure best qualified staff are on board throughout the organization, and clarify & communicate to them their objectives doing on job training, coaching, evaluating and appraising Staff.
- Train members of the team, arranging external training where appropriate in accordance with company policy.
- Discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Liaise with all different departments of the company to ensure easier work process flow as appropriate.
- Always seek innovative and creative ways of improving the way the business operates.
- Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate presenting company name & image in the best possible way ever.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Job Requirements
- Preferably has experience in Software Industry.
- Experience in design thinking methodology especially in the space of working within constraints.
- Proficiency with data analytic applications and project management tools (e.g., Tableau, Adaptive, and MS Project).
- Proficient in Process Mapping.
- Proficiency with key PC software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Access, Project).
- Strong project management, change management experience and influencing skills.
- Strong facilitation experience and presentation skills to achieve alignment and clear decision making.
- Comfortable with rapid pace, ambiguity, and multi-tasking environment.
- Demonstrated results leading and working with diverse, distributed cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to communicate directly with internal customers and represent customers to employees and leaders.
