Job responsibilities include the below:

  • Updating the system on regular basis
  • Handling users complaint through Emails of web-chat.
  • Searching and collating database for sales team.
  • Creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent usage of Microsoft Office.
  • 1-3 Years of experience in internet companies (Mobile APPs companies)
  • Ex call center experience is a plus
