Job responsibilities include the below:
- Updating the system on regular basis
- Handling users complaint through Emails of web-chat.
- Searching and collating database for sales team.
- Creating reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent usage of Microsoft Office.
- 1-3 Years of experience in internet companies (Mobile APPs companies)
- Ex call center experience is a plus
- Great communication, analytical, Planning and organizing skills

- Good English.
