Job Description
- Responsible for all activities in the shift.
- Demonstrate strong leadership in EHS, Compliance and Process Safety.
- Responsible for shift operations and Understanding of glass quality requirements
- To work in a continuous process industry, preferably Glass.
- Understand and Ensures process parameters and targets are maintained as per requirements and guidelines.
- Responsible for training and skill development & allocation of jobs to right people.
- Anticipating potential hazards before starting any job
- Planning/scheduling the activities and execute them in timely and efficient manner.
- Responsible identify nonconformity in department related to quality and product and address to department.
- Able to work on improving efficiency and optimizing the resources.
Job Requirements
- Engineer or chemist with 4-5 years relevant experience in a continuous process industry, preferably glass
- Experience of working in rotating shifts
- Any EHS training is an added advantage
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good Communication Skills.
