Job Description

  • Receive Sales Admin confirmation for units reserved and issue contracts
  • Review all the sale details and client data and proceed to generate the client contract as per the approved Policy .
  • Ensure that all units’ price and discounts are properly calculated in the installment list and properly calculated.
  • Review units’ price and list payments and installments in the contracts as approved from the finance department.
  • Conduct a check review on the contract before arranging for client signature
  • Send contracts attached installments for finance approval before signing with customer.
  • Prepare weekly reports on down payments and final contracts issued.
  • Prepare data sheet for contracts and archive finished contracts.

Job Requirements

  • V.Good in English is a must .
  • Must have experience in real estate companies in the contract department at least 3 years
  • Accurate and detailed person
  • Excellent Typing skills
  • V.good user of Microsoft office
  • Must be graduated from university
