Job Description
Master Linux is looking for highly motivated and talented IBM Cloud Private Engineers for a 6 months project in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for develop ICP core components across multi-cloud environment and different Kubernetes platforms, like high available multi-cloud fundamental framework development, Logging/Monitoring such cluster management services development, etc.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment requiring demonstrated teaming skills with peers across the different stages of the development life-cycle.
Job Responsibility
- Draft Function Specification, implement the feature in Kubernetes environment.
- Implement automation test case in CI/CD pipeline framework to secure core component quality.
- Present demo of new features in global team.
- Collaborate with global team on component interaction and contribute to product success.
- Customer support: Problem recreation, diagnosing datalog/traces, troubleshooting and debugging complex computer systems to determine a course of action and recommend solutions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Solid experience in software development
- Solid experience in container technology (Docker & Kubernetes & Openshift)
- Experience or good understanding in Kubernetes CRD or operator is a big plus
- Experience in cloud native related technology: Helm/Tiller, ELK, Prometheus, Mongodb, etc and Open Source contributor is big plus
- Self-motivated and good team player
