Job Context:
Support build up and maintain strong client relations by communicating clients’ needs and issues to the organization
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare periodic standard and customized clients’ reports
- Develop efficient ways to manage clients’ complaints and requests
- Lead and work together with all departments’ heads to reach clients’ satisfaction and SLA’s
- Ensure contracts and SLA’s are fulfilled promptly and correctly
- Carry to the organization any changes in the clients’ information/situation
- Measure clients’ satisfaction level on a periodical basis and define improvement points needed
- Make regular clients’ visits
