About the role

  • Leads the function of forecasting & scheduling.
  • Review staff capacity plan on monthly & quarterly basis and raise any variation to concerned teams.
  • Create solid forecasting methodologies based on Budget boundaries.
  • Lead the team to deliver forecasting KPI’s based on each market criteria.
  • Lead the team in creating different plans & scenarios.
  • Support the team in creating supporting module between markets as contingency plan.
  • Implement all schedules on different systems we are using and map it in one unified file.
  • Communicate with all stake holders across region on daily and weekly scheduled meetings.
  • Meet with internal customers to insure their satisfaction within agreed policies and processes.
  • Lead, review, validate, coach team to maintain their on going development.
  • Team ENPS is main target to achieve.
  • Creating successors within the team.
  • Experienced in dealing with different workforce systems.
