Job Description
Ownership of the brand tactical plan:
- Development of relevant segments in the annual brand plan.
- Interacting with all customer groups/segments to gather market dynamics/insights and identify critical gaps/business opportunities in a progressive manner.
- Driving flawless execution through leveraging market connectivity, FF readiness & stake-holders integration to foster alignment. This requires spending significant time in field.
- Supports Brand Manager/GPM in cycle meeting and IPS in a progressive manner.
- Co-develop the Brand strategy for medium and long term.
- Totally accountable for managing a particular LCM/SKU and/or major project related to the assigned brand - where he/she will be responsible for providing good understanding of the external environment, developing the tactical plan & required tools, and ensuring proper execution.
Job Requirements
- BA of relevant academic study as well as 3-5 years of experience in multinational organization in marketing fumnctions.
