Job Description
- Point of contact for assigned customers
- Working as the focal point between planning, production & logistics to make sure that the supply chain cycle corresponds to the clients’ demands
- Make sure customers are receiving products on time
- Communicate & follow up on clients’ needs or complaints with cross functional teams in the company and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate in projects associated with clients
- Keep records of transactions
- Revise all documents (e.g. contracts, invoices) before cascading to concerned parties
- Responsible for visits success in all aspects, and that includes:
- Interpreting
- Meeting the visitors at the airport
- Business dinners
- Correct delivery of the information
Job Requirements
