Job Description

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Ensure with all necessary for reception (pens, forms and Brochures).
  • Receive newspaper, and sort and daily deliveries.
  • Photocopying any papers.
  • Deal with special requests from Guests and inform the office boy.
  • Maintain office security.
  • Cover call center for any tasks (Answer for inbound calls, make outbound calls and create new lead on CRM).
  • Ad-Hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Very high presentable
  • Excellent in English
  • Excellent communications skills & Time management
  • Good command in Microsoft Office
  • Candidates applying MUST have an updated photo.
