Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Ensure with all necessary for reception (pens, forms and Brochures).
- Receive newspaper, and sort and daily deliveries.
- Photocopying any papers.
- Deal with special requests from Guests and inform the office boy.
- Maintain office security.
- Cover call center for any tasks (Answer for inbound calls, make outbound calls and create new lead on CRM).
- Ad-Hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
- Very high presentable
- Excellent in English
- Excellent communications skills & Time management
- Good command in Microsoft Office
