Job Description:

  • We are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Team leader with excellent Communication skills who will be responsible for maintaining good customer relationships.
  • The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. She\he must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with customer inquiries and handling collection calls.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct proactive consultative needs analysis for new and existing customers, developing product solutions which meet the needs of each customer.
  • Achieve sales standards set for department by effectively communicating marketing campaigns and promotions to customers.
  • Provide quality customer service, provide requested information and resolve complaints.
  • Maintain accurate records of monthly sales and increase call and data entry accuracy.
  • Recognize for outstanding Sales Performance.
  • Prove multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and chat while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Answer inbound residential customers calls, covering a full range of Storat services, including obtaining all information necessary for resolution of transactions.
  • Work cross-functionally and interact regularly with senior management and service provider’s teams.
  • Analyze local markets for various business types including but not limited to Medical centers, Clinics, Beauty Salons, Sports & Fitness Academies, cleaning services, Moving and Maintenance companies.
  • Consistently improve customer satisfaction through expert resolution of conflicts, issues, and concerns.
  • Explain the benefits of specified services, concisely detailing all prices, offerings, and company policies.

Job Requirements

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a customer service role.
  • Good knowledge of Computer technologies and telephone systems
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills
  • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
  • Graduate in any discipline
  • International Call center experience will be an added advantage
