Job Description
This role is providing engineering leadership for the GDC Active Directory solutions and defines a framework, which allows the establishment of a strategic, resilient, and fully supported resource domain service and underlying processes. Also to plan upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
- Responsible for the engineering, and integration for the GDC Active Directory platforms.
- Drives forward the creation of standard design building blocks, reviews, and approves.
- Is able to deliver future-proof device independent designs of flexible, adaptive, scalable, cost-effective GDC
- Accountable to develop the Ge-used across Local Markets to foster standardization impacting positively the cost base.
- Accountable to apply and oversee GDC Active Directory standards and ensure compliance, modus operandi, guidelines, templates, work instructions, interfaces and processes for all solution integration.
- Ensure Change national procedures.
- Accountable to raise work requests (RLMs,d/configuration activities
- Maintains solution asset lists and project archive.
- Responsible to prepare input for DC-SAB
- Responsible for detailed alignment and decisions with the wider IT organization including, Network, IT Security, OIT, etc.
- Tracks deliverables in terms of time and quality up to ready for production status
- Tracks/ claims outstanding deliverables from other stakeholders in the build.
Job Requirements
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Must have a strong and proven track record of engineering leadership in Active Directory services.
- Good understanding of operational procedures and process standards ( Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, utility at the system and component level)
