Job Description
Call Center Operations:
- Managing the daily running of the call center, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations.
- Setting and meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality.
- Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded.
- Advising clients on products and services available.
CRM Management
- Verifying & managing customer’s details on the CRM.
- Managing customer’s activation on the company CRM.
- Performing data uplift and cleansing activity such as record de-duplication.
- Modifying and updating the CRM System according to the requirement of the Company.
- Managing CRM users such as activate, deactivate according to the hiring process.
- Conducting training session for the Company employees on the usage of the CRM system.
Leads Administration
- Ensuring that all prospect received from all sources is being handled by the sales team and satisfied.
- Coordinate with all different departments to ensure the business is on track.
- Running reports showing Clients feedback, Sales office response accuracy, and hot Leads accuracy to enhance our business development.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information technology or any of its equivalents
- CRM Experience.
- Prefer 5-7 years of experience in the Real Estate industry.
- High communication skills.
- Customer detailed Oriented.
