Job Description

The purpose of this position is to provides assistance to Facility Management team in completion of multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for a facility, campus or portfolio of buildings.

  • Oversees and/or coordinates maintenance/repair work assignments performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work.
  • Response to client inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensures timely and quality service delivery to clients.
  • Follows up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manages vendor relationships and trains vendors on the work order and billing procedures. Processes invoices and ensures proper cost center coding.
  • Issue all vendors POs, make GRs and follow up with their payments.
  • Generate OOS revenue, and assure the client PO before issuing in accordance with any PO for vendors.
  • Supervise Catering service with the client and raise reports and follow up with hygiene standards with third-party vendor.
  • Supervise the cleaning service with the client quality manager, assure the agreed scope coverage and enhance the levels to be more than expected.
  • Supervise the fleet service with the client, make the best utilization of the fleet (merge of split routs).
  • Supervise laundry service and run the quality check on a periodical site visits.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, any related educational background or 3-4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
  • Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid business relations with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor.
  • Ability to effectively present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees
