Job Description
- Answer customers inquiries about company products
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Records useful information to facilitate for fully understanding the customer needs
- Outbound Follow-up calls with customers
- Provide the best possible service to customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Handle and solve all inquiries, requests, and complaints received via all channels available
- Provide proper information to customers with a complete and comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
Working Conditions:
- Working Hours are 3 pm - 11 pm or 4 pm - 12 pm
- 2 days working from home and flexible working hours environment
- 2 fixed days off
- Monthly bonus program
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent communication skills
- 6 months of experience at least in an International call center environment
