Job Description

  • Answer customers inquiries about company products
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Records useful information to facilitate for fully understanding the customer needs
  • Outbound Follow-up calls with customers
  • Provide the best possible service to customers to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle and solve all inquiries, requests, and complaints received via all channels available
  • Provide proper information to customers with a complete and comprehensive understanding of our products and services.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours are 3 pm - 11 pm or 4 pm - 12 pm
  • 2 days working from home and flexible working hours environment
  • 2 fixed days off
  • Monthly bonus program

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Excellent command of English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 6 months of experience at least in an International call center environment
