Job Description
- Generate lists of Target Contacts based on a specific criteria
- Make daily calls to the Target Contacts
- Use a guided script to explain our solutions & products
- Answer questions about the company and its different products
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as telemarketing agent or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent English is a Must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to use Social Media to generate Leads
- Ability to learn about IT products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
