Job Description
- To organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the CEO office in efficient and effective way.
- To handle travel arrangements, filter their emails and summarize
- Take basic decisions on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate tasks and appointments with direct reports of the CEO
- Handle correspondence with international agencies and government officials.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English Language.
- Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic Language.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent computer skills, MS Office proficiency.
- Excellent time management and organizing skills.
- Work requires attention to details and integrity.
