Job Description

  • To organize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the CEO office in efficient and effective way.
  • To handle travel arrangements, filter their emails and summarize
  • Take basic decisions on behalf of the CEO
  • Coordinate tasks and appointments with direct reports of the CEO
  • Handle correspondence with international agencies and government officials.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English Language.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken Arabic Language.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, MS Office proficiency.
  • Excellent time management and organizing skills.
  • Work requires attention to details and integrity.
