Job Description
- Studying Tenders to understand the nature of Project and Contract.
- Reviewing provided BOQ, Drawings and Specifications for the new Project.
- Receiving quotations from Vendors, Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Make sure that the quotations comply with the Employer required and provided Specifications
- Prepare comparison Sheet for rates Quoted by Sub Contractors and suppliers
- Breakdown BOQ items .
- Perform quantity take off for lump sum project or items
- Finalizing the Commercial and technical Offer including priced BOQ in compliance with the appropriate engineering standards, codes, specifications, design instructions, etc.
Job Requirements
- BSc of Architectural Engineering from a reputable University (Cairo, Ain shams, Assiut ,Alexandria ,Shobra ).
- 5 years’ work experience in Tendering Department in the construction industry .
- Very good acknowledge of international standards as ASTM,AAA,ANSI,,…..ETC.
- Time management and abiding to strict deadlines
- Very Good Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Very good command of English language.
