Job Description

  • Prospect & generate New Account leads by Developing new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
  • Schedule meeting with the customer & Communicate with them to know their needs
  • Act as Vocal point between technical / Presales and the customers in terms of communication and modifications
  • Build Strong & Long Relationship with the customers
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Follow Up with The BDM to confirm a Smooth Communication with Vendors
  • Follow up on Existing customer needs till find out the lead which will transfer to tender
  • Study the customer needs Accurately to offer the Best technical and Financial offer.
  • Study the cost sheet to get the tenders Steps
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Assist in preparing the PO and send it to the Purchasing Team.
  • Send the customer database for the marketing team to update customer data
  • Close sales and working with a client through the closing process
  • Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
  • Meet all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews
  • Maintain a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
  • Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting

Job Requirements

  • BA in Engineering or Computer Science
  • 8 to1 0 years experience in the same position preferable in the IT industry
  • 2 Years experience at least in a managerial Position.
  • High level of communication skills verbal/written
  • Problem solving & interpersonal Skills
  • High negotiation skills
