Job Description
This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company. The Office Administrator will provide administrative support, greet and direct visitors and answer and respond to calls and emails. Qualified candidates would have impeccable verbal and written communication skills, a strong ability to multi-task
and a friendly manner.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate offices.
- Conducting several duties; including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents.
- Scheduling meetings and arrangements for senior members of the company.
- Providing administrative support for different teams.
- Coordinating between management and office staff.
Added Job Responsibilities (Logistics Part):
- Coordinating with suppliers and freight forwarders for good collection.
- Following up orders and needed documents with bank and suppliers.
- Coordinating with custom broker and following up on shipment status.
Job Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in similar position.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Fast learner and passionate.
- Good attention to details.
- Well organized.
- A great team player.
