Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Undertaking interior design from concept to completion
- Using Auto Cad to generate detailed 2D drawings, including architectural plans, electrical plans, sanitary plans, reflected ceiling & interior elevations ....etc
- Creating renders using 3D MAX
- Preparing time schedules, mood boards
- Visiting sites and take accurate dimensions
- Can handle more than 2 projects in a time .
- Following up with the clients
- Visiting site during construction phase to ensure proper design implementation & deal with any arising challenges
Job Requirements
- Females only.
- Bachelor Degree in Architecture Engineering or Fine & Applied Arts
- Experience not less than 2 years in residential/commercial interiors
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office is must.
- Professional with 3Ds Max, Auto Cad, Photoshop.
- Creativity is must.Proven commitment to high quality execution with set time frame
- Excellent portfolio of previous works
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Enthusiastic, hard-working & self-motivated
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to details with a keen eye for aesthetics is essential
- Ability to produce shop drawings & renders
- Fluent in written & spoken English
