Job Description
- General supervision of all phases of plant operations including: production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping.
- Analyzing the production line processes to minimize the waste and balancing the standard time of the processes to maximize productivity.
- Supervising the workers and the production line and solving any technical problem.
- The maintenance of the machines and the fire system.
- Provide leadership for the successful day-to-day operation of the facility.
- Review established production schedules for all manufacturing departments to insure established inventory levels are met while operating at the highest efficiency possible.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide coaching and guidance to all operations employees.
- QA& QC knowledge to coordinate workflow.
- Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follows ups of automated production equipment and machines, to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- Must have at least 8 years of experience including best practices in both managerial and production platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Gender (Male) .
- Transportation is provided out of Obour City.
