Job Description

  • Develop Digital and Social media activities aimed to reinforce Lenovo brand in the Date Centre market.
  • Support communication and PR programs, in the traditional and digital space.
  • Develop Lead generating Marketing programs for End customers – Large to SMB. Cooperate closely with local Sales teams to drive measurable revenue outcomes of marketing activities.
  • Set up and coordinate event programs (both Channel and End-User oriented)
  • Coordinate Channel marketing programs and activities – enablement, channel comarketing, promotions / demand generation.
  • Develop relationship with our strategic Alliances Partners at local level and develop joint marketing programs
  • Support EMEA organization in the execution of pan-EMEA activities – events, study tours, case studies, references
  • Provide clear feedback to EMEA marketing team on key programmes, initiatives, share best-practise, ideas and priorities.
  • Create and maintain strong partnership with local Sales organization, clearly articulate our marketing strategy and value added, while supporting Sales efforts.
  • Own the marketing budget for the region and ensure due diligence in meeting deadlines, updating budget management systems and ensure joint planning with alliance partners, as well as ensuring that budgets are kept.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 6+ years of experience as marketing manager in B2B sector
  • Regional knowledge of the IT market, Channel and Enterprise customer environment.
  • Keeping up with the latest news & trends in the Enterprise tech industry

Abilities & Skills

  • Highly motivated, results-driven, who has strong leadership and business fundamentals with high degree of creative flair
  • Ability to successfully deal with strategic, complex issues, while also being able to shift to tactical level and execute “hands-in” on a daily basis
  • Must be very structured and detail oriented to drive multiple projects at once
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation & influencing (soft) skills. Ability to interact with and influence executives and senior managers.
  • Ability to analyse, net out and present results at senior level, aligned to business objectives
  • Ability to partner and successfully collaborate with product and sales teams, distributors, business partners and 3rd-party vendors. Ability to work locally, but also within EMEA virtual team
  • Experience in creating and implementing strategies, plans and campaigns to improve Brand awareness and consideration, or Brand reputation.
  • Experience in creating and implementing lead generating marketing campaigns, liaise with Sales teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in managing event programs, communicate and network with large audience.
  • Experience in managing Channel marketing activities
  • Experience in managing marketing budgets – planning, expense control, reporting.
  • Excellent English skills, Arabic is an advantage
  • Good command of MS Office, especially Excel
