Job Description
- Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
- Report to direct manager regarding the financial activity of the company
- Analyze and implement possible accounting solutions for discrepancies, summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing a trial balance, sub-accounts, and other reports.
- Become familiar with the accounting team and works as part of them to keep finances running smoothly
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Continues education and training in order to maintain mastery of the field
- Keep documentation of all internal transactions
- Interacts with clients and manages their transactions,
- Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
- Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 2-5 years of working experience in general accounting.
- Excellent command of Excel and Microsoft office.
- Excellent command of English.
- Previous work experience in Retail is preferred.
- Analytical and reporting skills are a must.
- Giza residence is preferred.
