Plant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Follow up Delta manufacturers latest product updates and send updates by email to everyone in the company (weekly email)
• Responsible of working catalogues soft copy to be latest and updated
• Responsible of pricelist to be latest and updated
• Responsible of hard copy catalogues for DELTA manufacturers to be available and coordinate with logistics department to ship catalogues with every shipment received
• Organize manufacturers visit for internal and external meetings and prepare minutes of meeting to be sent to manufacturer for follow up in next visit.
• Look for better options for different range of products to be included in our Portofolio (panels, downlights,,…etc)
• Organize chart including all manufacturers DELTA is using and categorize them per family and price level to be used internal and external (consultant)
• Organize compliance sheet for our items compared with competitor items in major sectors (banks, landscape, street lighting..etc)
• Organize compliance and products comparison for the most used items and present to sales and tender team.
• Answers tender request regarding special products requirements based on projects specifications and client requirement (systems, electrical accessories, connections…etc)
• Work on warehouse stock item and organize them in table with prices including specs and data sheet to be known and used by our sales team
• Responsible of DELTA Stock items (availability, in stock report and pricelist)
• Training for new recruits and supervise new tender recruits.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales team for company seminars (products to be presented)
• Responsible of showroom products and coordinate with marketing for execution.
• Organize manufacturer report quarterly and send it to manufacturers.
• Monitor and help sales for special technical systems in the warehouse before delivery
