Job Description
- Lead and Manage structural team to the production of design drawings, Structural analysis models, BOQ and Specs.
- Coordinate with other Departments and Divisions for project support.
- Ensure all Structural Staff understand and apply all required engineering codes and practices.
- Provide technical oversight to the Structural Staff engaged in design and documentation of projects clients.
- Develop and maintain positive professional relations whenever dealing with current and prospective clients.
- Provide leadership in the exchange of knowledge relating to best, current international practice and in identification and analysis of new technology and trends.
Responsible to provide best and cost-effective solutions to the client's satisfaction and offer technical advice for the same to the team. - To quantify the materials required from the drawings and recommend the specifications to procure the materials to prepare the technical documentation required for issuing purchase orders.
Job Requirements
- University graduation.
- Gulf experience is a must
- Awareness of international building code ACI, IBC, ASCE, SBC.
- Expert in Rivet, Etabs, Autocad, Safe , SAP.
- Experience 10-15 years in the design field
- Personal Skills/ characteristics: Strong technical, presentation, Leadership and interpersonal skills.
