Job Description

  • Assemble, collect, review & analyze data for business reports
  • Maintain systems for recording business data
  • Examine reports to locate and resolve errors
  • Generate periodic reports with accuracy to identify & process data sources
  • Performs special assignments as requested by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with Customer Service type business required.
  • Reporting specialist must start with good math skills and attention to details and a good foundation in statistics
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills are required.
  • Professional in Excel
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and problem-solving/analytical skills required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, and Word)
