Job Description
- Assemble, collect, review & analyze data for business reports
- Maintain systems for recording business data
- Examine reports to locate and resolve errors
- Generate periodic reports with accuracy to identify & process data sources
- Performs special assignments as requested by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 3-5 years’ experience working with Customer Service type business required.
- Reporting specialist must start with good math skills and attention to details and a good foundation in statistics
- Strong communication (both written and verbal) and strong presentation skills are required.
- Professional in Excel
- Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented and problem-solving/analytical skills required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Access, and Word)
