Job Description
- Develop requirements, outlines, budgets, and schedulers for information technology Projects .
- Develop and implements policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and developments.
- Plan strategies and developmental plans for the welfare of the organization .
- Coordinate with department managers and GM for the development and implementation of the strategic plans .
- Perform all the management functions at the organizational level .
- Ensure that the developmental programs are designed in a way to meet the organizational goals and objectives .
- Interaction with executive levels both internal and external regarding matters that influence policies and strategies .
- Responsible for cross functional communication within El-Nasser department .
- Direct and manage the overall and day to day business and technical components of internal IT projects to ensure quality of IT products, solutions and deliverables .
- Identify , define, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues and achieve cost savings for IT Department within El-Nasser .
- Build policies and procedures for IT Department .
- Fulfill all responsibilities as IT Regional Manager ( Budgeting, career planning for staff …. Etc.)
- Technical leader for company technological directions .
- Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology .
- Develop Security Standards, procedures, and guidelines for multiple platforms .
- Direct it tactical operations, including management of computer hardware and software, telecommunications and networks .
- Oversee and direct technology vendors and technology project teams contracted to implement Arkansas’s state-based insurance marketplace by established deadline. In addition, support work to implement the supporting technology and software , including input to overall project work plans, resource plans, schedules, project status, issues , and risks .
- Assist in the creation and management of procurement processes for the acquisition of technology products and services .
- Manage systems operations staffing, including recruitments, supervision, scheduling, development, and yearly evaluations .
- Prepare & control department budget .
- Direct daily operations of the department, analyzing workflow for improvements, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines .
- Direct, motivate and develop staff to ensure engagement, maximum individual contribution, professional growth and the ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team .
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science
- 8 to 10 years of experience in IT
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
- Excellent experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
- IT Certifications are a must
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analyzing and Strategic planning skills
