Job Description
- Organization Development: Set the company’s Competency framework, grading and salary structures, KPIs, organization structure and ensure their implementation and effectiveness to fulfill the company’s strategy
- Evaluating employees’ performance in relation to departmental an individual KPIs
- Handling promotions for employees that meet the requirements that the HR put
- Recruitment: Hiring employees according to the skills and competencies set by the HR department
- Training & Development: Training employees based on evaluation results to improve their performance
- Compensation & Benefits: Setting guidelines for salaries and bonuses according to market studies and in line with company strategy
Job Requirements
- From 7 to 10 years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience with handling high number of employees (200+ employees company)
- Communication Skills
- Delegation & people Management Skills
- Technical understanding of human resources different modules
- Preferably Alexandria resident
