Job Description
ERP and Business applications Techno-Functional Consultant to join our implementation and technical support team. BTS serves two ERP tracks, the first is our local package (AlMithali enterprise), the second is Oracle JDEdward
- We need implementer(s) and technical support engineers for ERP application (Financial, Supply chain and Manufacturing)
- Work with our customers on implementation life' cycle, including (gap analysis, to be design, system configuration and training)
- Respond to first level support requests
- Coordinate with the development team for issues not resolved via first level support
- Analyze new requirements and communicate these requirements with development' team
Job Requirements
Required skills and experience:
- Education background, computer science or engineering or financial with practical experience in ERP implementation
- MS SQL or Oracle DB knowledge
- Very good user for MS Windows, MS Windows Server and MS Office
- Relevant experience in ERP implementation or other business application implementation is a good asset
- Development tools knowledge (MS.net, Oracle, Java) is plus
