Job Description
- Provide administrative support for all sales team.
- Handling sales operations and back office work.
- Monitor sales team reports and activities.
- Manage the reception and Welcome the visitors & customers.
- Coordinate the rotational meetings for the sales team.
- Write any letters or emails for the sales department.
- Keep all projects information and availability updated daily on the system.
- Distribute and follow up leads to the sales team through CRM.
- Assist in Marketing tasks, for example, adding ads on Property finder, OLx, AqarMap and replies on the comments on the Facebook page.
Job Requirements

- 6 Months - 3 Years of Experience
