Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Proposes and implements communication plans validated by business and restricted by the relevant budget
- Creates integrated marketing communications by advertising, sponsorship and other promotional activities
- Lead the execution of effective marketing campaigns and/or activities for product launches, programs and promotions leveraging the optimal mix of marketing collateral, advertising, video, public relations, social media, etc. to create awareness and demand
- Develops creative concepts related to all communication vehicles in accordance with corporate communication branding guidelines
- Oversees work provided by internal and/or external resources
- Organizes events and exhibitions to increase corporate image.
- Writes and edits promotional materials for use in various media.
- Manages the creation, production, and publications of brochures, catalogs, and other sales literature in either printed or electronic form to support sales activities and product launches.
- Monitor and track campaigns and activities including reporting on results and adjustments to improve effectiveness.
- Manage key milestones and deadlines to ensure projects are completed on-time while maintaining an accurate budget, expense tracking, and forecasting.
- Ensure all communications are consistent across messaging platforms and comply with brand principles.
- Frequently monitor assets to ensure customers and sales are accessing up-to-date marketing content.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing or related area with 6 years’ marketing/communications experience
- Proficiency with various Adobe design software products
- Four years of experience with electrical product marketing and B2B marketing experience
- Financial accountability experience
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Creative, aggressive, and good at relationship building
- Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; ability to juggle multiple deadlines; strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience on similar position gained either with an agency or in-house.
- Familiar with online and traditional marketing tools.
- Fluent in English;
- Experienced in managing end-to-end marketing projects.
