Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing effective marketing strategies and plans to capture the online B2B customers.
  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop product marketing strategies (pricing, advertising, product launching).
  • Follow and analyze market trends to position products and services.
  • Studying the company’s products and translate technical details into benefits for users.
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies.
  • Gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas through interviews, surveys, focus groups, research and sales data.
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers.
  • Develop product messaging that differentiates products from others in the market.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target buyer personas.
  • Research competitor offerings and react when appropriate.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in handling both online and offline marketing activities, and enterprise marketing (B2B).
  • Experience in many marketing functions including Brand Marketing, Marketing Communications, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Product Marketing, Retention and Engagement, CRM, Demand Generation, Customer Acquisitions, Email Marketing, both ATL and BTL Campaigns, PR, Social Media, SEO/SEM, and more.
  • Experience and passion for building great marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical and able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize a team’s approach and a company’s forecast.
  • Startup mentality with a strong level of independence and efficiency
  • Leadership experience with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledgeable on growth best practices, technologies, and trends
