Job Description
We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team to serve one of our US-based long-term contracts.
If you love helping people and are customer-centric, we want to meet you! As a Customer Service Representative, you have to be able to put yourself in the customer's shoes and remain helpful, patient, positive and cheerful.
You will act as a frontline interface with premium customers, the role involves assisting with complaints, orders, account questions, billing, and other queries.
Responsibilities
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or replacements.
- Advise on company information.
- Inform customer of deals and promotions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
- Work with customer service leader to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
