- Monitor and guide agents towards the company’s goals and objectives.
- Achieve company’s targets and coordinate between the sales agents, and be aware of their daily schedule/agenda.
- Handling clients’ inquiries and requests.
- Following the management strategy and instructions.
- Following up with the sales agents for achieving targets.
- Prepare necessary reports that must be presented to the Sales regional manager
