Job Description
- Lead and oversee short & long lead Trade Marketing projects (Activation, New Initiatives) promotional material as briefed by the Marketing, ensuring all artwork and items are on brand and delivered on time.
- Manage a team, provide support & guidance, evaluate them and give feed-back.
- Responsible for developing customer action plans based on company key priorities.
- Activate POSM as per the distribution plan and follow up the plan with the production team
- Implement effective in-store brand visibility activities including display, racks and POS materials.
- Create and present trade marketing reviews that include post-promotion, spending and sales analysis, consolidated insights and suggestions for future promotional planning.
- Ensure the proper visibility of the brands & planogram implementation.
- Work closely with the sales team for orders and stocks.
- Prepare & analysis sales reports (monthly, quarterly, annually).
- Responsible for marketing activities and materials for market trade channel.
- Work closely with agencies to execute POSM and other trade marketing activities and identifies the new suppliers.
- Responsible for design, analysis of the different kinds of researches (survey, focus group, interview, and testing) and implementation through agencies or insourcing
- Maintain brand guidelines at all times and raise any concerns with the trade marketing manager
- Partner & build relationships with Sales team
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor within FMCG, Food or related sectors
- Leadership skills and team management.
- Strong communication, analytical and creative skills.
- Good time-management skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Has good written and communication skills in both Arabic and English.
