Job Description

  • Gathering / Monitoring financial data( Sales, revenues, liabilities)
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annually balance and income statements.
  • Forecasting costs, revenues,
  • Manage tax, payroll and VAT
  • Cost control for manufacturing department, cost of product and advice on where to cut cost to improve revenue.
  • Quick books is a must.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting and regulations .
  • Confidentiality.
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
  • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
  • Prepares special financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends.
  • Understand accounting methodologies.
  • Handle the record the daily transactions for customers and suppliers.
  • Generate the required journal entries using the internal system.
  • Accountant is responsible for maintaining an organization’s key accounting records, known as ledgers.
  • Day-to-day activities including recording transactions an accountant should emphasize the need for a strong sense of time management and organizational skills.
  • Recording transactions such as income and outgoings, and posting them to various accounts
  • Processing payments
  • Conducting daily banking activities
  • Producing various financial reports
  • Responsible for the preparation of general accounts entries and record them on the computer system.
  • Review account balances.
  • Responsible for Registering and tracking assets and make monthly depreciation.
  • Familiar with the leasing systems.

Job Requirements

  • Experience of 5-7 years
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is a must.
  • Written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
  • Negotiation and communication skills.
  • Very Good numerical and analytical skills.
  • Attention to details
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Computer skills
  • (Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and the integrated ERP software
  • Ability to work under pressure
