Job Description
- Collaborating with Regional & Global sourcing leads, to develop sourcing strategies and implement global/regional action plans in MEA in alignment with local business needs
- Balancing service excellence with productivity gains & cash-flow improvements
- Managing the implementation of global/regional projects, as well as leading local projects from end to end
- Spend data, supplier and industry analysis
- Understanding Mondelēz local business needs and translating them into Procurement deliverables
- Preparing and executing local bids, including negotiations with MEA suppliers and contract implementation, as well as co-leading or supporting regional/global bids/negotiations
- Leading MEA supplier performance evaluation process, and developing appropriate action plans in alignment with internal stakeholders
Job Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s or Post-Graduate Degree (Masters), ideally in Business Administration
- Experience in Marketing Procurement
- Experience to work in a multinational (ideally global) and multicultural environment
- Experience working in Marketing or in advertising agencies
- 5 years’ experience in Procurement
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Proficiency in MS office
- Team Player; ability to support and lead to achieve common goals
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills
