About the Job
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
  • Setting up accounts, email, and fingerprint for new users.
  • Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
  • Testing new technology
  • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Have experience in Databases and network, routers, VLANs
  • Basic experience in firewall security
  • Worked on Cpanel servers and know how to deal with directories path, Email, Backup, Chat Servers
  • Security cams and DVR backup on server
Job Requirements
  • Experience from 2 -6 years.
  • Very Good English user.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • MCSA2008 or 2012, Active Directory, Mail server, Cpanel Hosting, FTP Server, Shared Server, Virtualization is plus
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines.
  • Giza resident or nearby is preferred.
