Job Description
- Learning the current Point of Sales and Loyalties application and interfaces.
- Understanding the business and to able being able to consult with the retailers.
- Working as a technical analyst to capture the retailer’s requirements and comparing those requirements against existing POS & Loyalty functionality to determine gap analysis.
- Maintain the technical knowledge of the project and become familiar with all existing documentation.
- Technical documentation of the results of project tasks.
- Installation, configuration and system verification, targeted architecture to ensure that System Loyalty is set up properly based on their intended usage.
- will diagnose technical problems during the project life cycle. Escalation when necessary.
- Provide content management in the project context: manage a list of deliverables and software components for each published package.
- Performing customer training and training in both business and technical aspect.
- Support the sales team in customer presentations
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- 3 years of experience of a technical role in a global technological company.
- Excellent customer service, communication and listening skills.
- The ability to work well within a team based over multiple sites.
- Strong communication skills both written and oral, and proven teamwork skills
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills
- The ability to work efficiently in a challenging and demanding environment.
- High motivated with a high ability for self-learning.
- Knowledge in MS technologies – Windows server operating systems, SQL server up to 2016 MS Office.
- Willingness to travel abroad as needed by the project..
- Very good English skills (Speaking and Writing).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with the software development lifecycle.
- Familiar with Networking and an ability to diagnose network issues.
- Networking (tcp/ip, http, https, firewalls), troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Experience in SaaS or Hosted application environments including system monitoring.
- Web technologies (HTML, XML, IIS, Apache, Javascript, .Net).
