Job Description
Main Job Duties:
- Work with the marketing director, analyze the results of the business and come up with strategies for the different products.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans and initiatives.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Be in charge of marketing budget and allocation to the different initiatives.
- Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystalize targeted consumers insights
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Brainstorm new and innovative opportunities.
Job Requirements
- Min of 5 years of experience in managing brand (especially dairy products category).
- Have a proven track record in managing successful launches.
- Have a good experience in setting marketing strategy and executing marketing plans.
- Have a good experience in managing marketing budgets.)
- Is well exposed to digital tools and has already used some of those tools in campaigns.
- Is well exposed to developing brand /product’s TV copies.
- Has good experience in carrying out activation.
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in in marketing, business administration, commercial management, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
