Job Description

  • Receive and handling customer complaints, sales requests any in (Facebook, Phone calls, mail or internal).
  • Preparing reports by recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken and report them to the assigned department.
  • Prepare customer complains (local & export) sheet containing of (receiving details and date of complaint, production date, follow up, …..).
  • Receiving customer complaints by phone and do analysis for valid and not valid complains each half year.
  • Responsible of customer satisfaction survey report after each claim.
  • Record data on CRM system per case for complains or sales request.
  • Do any other works related to customer service and their inquiry.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business administration or related.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Very good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Presentable.
  • Females only.
